B.O.B.ing it
It's hard to imagine that today was the first day that Webb was able to use the trusty B.O.B.. Westin was cruising around in it not soon after he could hold his head up.....and that is the difference between a Montana spring and a South Dakota winter.
The weather was beautiful; Dada was out relaxing and playing golf, so the boys and I headed out for a walk, and somehow wound up at the park. Westin was surprisingly timid. He kept saying "Westin trying to be careful. Westin trying to be safe.".*
It was great to be outside! Webb's mood is much improved. He had a nasty rash that got him a doctor's visit. He was diagnosed with mild excema, which seems to be exacerbated by carrots. Yes, carrots. Now, we have seen some clever tricks in avoiding veggies, but a full on rash that requires topical steroids? And a doctor's order not to eat said veggie? Well played, Baby. Well played.
*um yeah, so we refer to ourselves in the third person all the time...Westin hungry. Westin wanna talk to you, etc. etc.

Webb shows some teeth
Webber played a lively yet intense concert this afternoon with the help of his music and colors app. He swipes and pats the screen to create his own brand of music. He really likes it. He was smiling a lot and seemed very pleased with his musical abilities. Check out his two bottom teeth! Westin said,... "Dada, Webb is like T. Rex, a sharp tooth"
Last day of library class...
Today was the last day of library class, or at least the class where I am in attendance with Westin and Webber. Tomorrow will be Westin's last big boy library class, which is always a mystery to what goes on, except for the great art projects Westin brings home. When we start back with library class in the summer, the ongoing renovations, will have been completed. No more being stuck in the basement! The basement is fine with Westin because it means he can press the "B" in the elevator. I will enjoy the extra space the renovations will provide. I always seem to take pictures when the kids are ending class during "shaker time".
In other news, we recently registered Westin for preschool at St. Agnes, here in Vermillion. St. Agnes is right down the street and we can ride our bikes on the nice days, with Webber in tote, to wave bye to his big bro. I can't believe it's that time already. What a big boy!
Momma is currently in San Antonio for six days, on a work related trip, and we miss you! All of your boys can't wait for you to get home!

It's cold!
After I spent some time outside this morning, I warned Lisa and Westin that you might not warm up again if you go outside. However, a three year old often makes the rules when it comes to playtime. Copperdog is in his element, and happy as can be, while Lisa had to bribe Westin to come back inside with cookies and hot cocoa. Momma said its feels super cold outside and Westin said " Momma, just keep moving".
